A leading energy company wanted to enable customers to easily access and monitor their past usage data through a user-friendly software system.
As the PMO team, our responsibility was to oversee the development and implementation of the software system. The primary objective was to provide customers with a seamless platform to log in and check their past energy usage data, promoting transparency and enabling informed decision-making.
To achieve this, we collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, testers, and compliance departments. We conducted thorough requirements gathering sessions and prioritized features that would enhance user experience while ensuring strong data security measures were in place.
