A Great Subcontractor

 

For larger projects, including $100+M transformational projects, we have successfully and repeatedly worked as a subcontractor to large system integrators, including Accenture, Deloitte, and IBM, software providers, such as Oracle and Tyler Technologies, and general contractors.

Sometimes we take ownership of specific portions of the project, such as interfaces, data conversion, testing, training, or PMO support, and provide the people to deliver on our responsibilities. Other times we provide staff with knowledge and experience of specific technologies or software packages that are managed by the prime contractor. We can work in either mode. But we always support and work well with our ultimate client and the prime contractor.
