Sanjiv Jha brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, motivating and guiding large cross-functional/cross-regional teams to deliver high-impact transformation initiatives. Proven track record in overseeing and guiding large-scale IT transformation programs, Agile transformations, cost optimizations through High Gross Margin achievements, and driving organizational change management. He has worked in many large organizations across many domains like Insurance, Retail, Finance, Digital and AI. He has a strong background in implementing SAP, ServiceNow and ITIL practices.

Sanjiv is a Technology leader and known for his dynamic leadership in leading PMO organization, creating and streamlining PMO as service and implementing Agile framework.  He has an entrepreneurial mindset and fosters culture of First Time Right, Innovation through Critical Thinking and Collaboration for greater success.

Education and Hobby

With an Engineering background and master’s in business administration, Sanjiv brings excellent balance between technology and business leadership. He is also ITIL , Six Sigma and Change Management certified.

Outside of professional duties, Sanjiv is involved as Coach for American Health Association and Red Nose Day. During his leisure time, Sanjiv loves to read leadership books, plays golf and watches Sci-Fi movies.
