Marisol brings over 15 years of dynamic experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, with a strong foundation rooted in the manufacturing industry. A proud graduate of Purdue Northwest with a degree in HR Management, Marisol has built her career on creating efficient, people-centered systems that drive performance and organizational growth.

As DTI’s HR/Payroll Manager, Marisol brings her expertise in talent acquisition, compliance, and payroll operations to support the company’s expanding team. She’s passionate about fostering a positive employee experience, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring every team member feels seen, heard, and valued.

Outside of the office, Marisol enjoys hiking with her dog Bailey, attending music festivals, staying active as a fitness enthusiast, and cheering on her favorite team—the Chicago White Sox. Whether professionally or personally, Marisol is always looking for ways to level up and grow, and she’s thrilled to bring that mindset to DTI.
